Tortoise shaped case, the top in platinum and framed with rose-eut diamonds having flared lugs inset with triangular shaped onyx alternating with rose-cut diamonds in triangular designs, the back of the case in 18K yellow gold, with diamond tipped winding-crown; attached to a black silk ribbon band having an 18K yellow gold deployant clasp topped with a rectangular platinum and rosecut diamond plaque. Matt silver dial with painted radial Roman numerals. "Spade" blued steel hands. Rhodium plated, movement, signed European Watch & Clock Co., "fausses côtes" decoration, 19 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, 8 adjustments, flat balance-spring. Measuring approx. 20 x 26 mm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2378.
