Round, gold and enamel powder compact, the top and bottom decorated with black lacquered, mother-of-pearl inlaid panels depicting Chinese scenes, each interspaced with 4 cabochon-cut emeralds, the side inlaid with mother-of-pearl, coral and onyx, the push piece set with a cabochoncut emerald, the interior fitted with a mirror and mother-of-pearl powder screen. (Slight damage to panels and side). Measuring approx. 55.5 mm. in diam. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2418.
