Rectangular shaped case, bearing the enamelled hour indexes on the bezel. Matt silver dial with outer painted Arabic numerals for the days of the month, apertures for the days of the week, the months and the moon phases. "Bâton" blued steel hands. Rhodium plated, 8"' movement, signed European Watch & Clock Co., tonneau, "fausses côtes" decoration, 15 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating flat balance-spring. Measuring approx. 24 x 40 mm. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2518.

This is the only known piece to exist, as it was the prototype for this model, made in London in 1950, and as far as we know, no other pieces were ever made in white gold.
