Circular, polished gold case with glazed back, cabochon sapphire-set winding-crown, the push pieces for the golf scores set with cabochons of jade, tiger's-eye, coral, sapphire and onyx, screwed bars and gold deployant clasp. 18K gold dial with Roman numerals, inner Arabic minute and seconds ring and four score apertures, tritium luminescent "feuilles" bands. Rhodium plated, 11 1/2"' self winding movement with 22K gold rotor,"côtes de Genève" decoration, Cartier Caliber 039, 33 jewels, lever escapements, monometallic balances and self compensa ting balance spring. Measuring: 40 mm. in diam. Cartier Certificate of Authenticity N° 2622.

This unique piece, numbered and dated, is specially made by Cartier for this event. The dial of this watch is exclusive to this piece only and will never be reproduced in any similar watch.. Pasha First designed in 1985 after a watch inspired from a 1943 design. It was named so to pay tribute to the Pasha of Marakesh, the famous Cartier watch amateur. Several different watches of this type were produced: with or without glass protecting bars, with engraved revolving bezel, with regular or perpetual calendar, with minute repeating mechanism, with chronograph or with two time zone dial etc. This Pasha golf player watch was recently made, derived from a 1929 model.
