C. Four-body, ?basine?, polished, the hinged and sprung front cover engraved with two heraldic crests. Hinged gold cuvette with engraved dedication. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel ?spade? hands. M. 40 mm., frosted gilt, three-quarter plate, jewels in screwed chatons, spring barrel, lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, diamond endstone, repeating on gongs activated by a slide in the band. Movement signed. Diam. 52 mm.
