Universal Genève, "Compax", No 279867, case No. 1409886, Ref. 12294. Made between 1949 and 1951, according to Universal Genève archives. Fine and rare, 18K pink gold gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and tachometer.

C. Three-body, solid, polished, inclined bezel, concave lugs. D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold baton indexes and a Roman 12, outer 1/5th seconds scale and tachometer graduation, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12- hour and 30-minute registers. Yellow gold "feuille" hands. M. Cal. UG 283, frosted gilt, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, and self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 12 mm.
