?Minute Repeating ? Split Seconds? C.H. Meylan, Brassus, Swiss, No. 5666. Made circa 1905. Very fine and rare, keyless, minute-repeating, 18K gold pocket watch with split-seconds chronograph and 30- minute register.

C. Four-body, solid, "demi-bassine", polished, hinged gold cuvette with engraved inscription. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer 1/5th second scale and red 5-minute/second Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Cal. 18''', rhodium plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 40 jewels, straight line calibrated lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to eight positions, blued steel Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer adjustment to the regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Dial and movement signed, case numbered. Movement also engraved: ?Superior Adjustment?. Diam. 50 mm. To be sold without reserve
