?Minute Repeating Perpetual Calendar? B. Poitevin, No. 25356. Made for CHs. Grottendieck, Horloger, Bruxelles, circa 1900. Very fine, keyless, astronomic, minute-repeating, 18K yellow gold pocket watch with perpetual calendar and moon phase.

C. Four-body, "bassine et filet", polished, the hinged and sprung front cover engraved with a monogram. Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and red painted five-minute numerals, subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months, the date and the seconds, aperture for the moon phase. Gold "spade" hands. M. Cal. 43 mm., (19'''), frosted gilt, 31 jewels, wolf's tooth winding, counterpoised straight line calibrated lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold temperature and meantime adjustment screws, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, "swan-neck" index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band. Signed by the maker on the dial-plate, cuvette signed by the retailer. Diam. 54 mm. To be sold without reserve
