Notes

Although unsigned, the design of this clock and the distinctive outer case and numbering can only have come from Cartier?s workshops. A clock numbered 28918, only two numbers preceding the present clock, was sold by Antiquorum, Geneva, on April 24, 2004, lot 133. That clock was signed by Cartier and made by Albert Prevost in 1928.
