Déposé A.B.V., French, No. 9095, circa 1890. Fine gilt bronze, oval, eight day going, quarter repeating "mignonette" carriage dock in original red leather fitted travelling box.

C. Gilt bronze, oval, glazed four sides and top, entirely engraved with leaf decoration. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Blued-steel "spade" hands. Engin-tm-ned gilt dial plate. M. Brass eight-day with going barrel, silvered platform with lateral lever escapement, bimetallic balance, blued-steel flat balance spring. Repeating on a bell by depressing the top button. In very good condition. Dim. 7.5 x 6.3 x 5.2 cm.
