Anonymous, French, circa 1890. Very fine "mignonette" carriage clock with enamelled panels.

Gilt brass "Gorge" with glazed top, entirely engraved with flowers, the side, back panels and dial plate with gilt and raised bid enamel symmetrical formai leaf scroll decoration on a dark blue ground. D. White enamel, with Roman numerals, the centre decorated with painted flowers and birds. Blued steel °spade" hands. M. Brass eight-day going with going barrel, platform with lateral lever escapement, bimetallic balance, blued-steel Breguet balance spring. In very good condition. Dim. 7 x 5 x 4 cm.
