J. Ullmann & Co., Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tientsin, Swiss, made for the Chinese Market, circa 1900. Case decorated by Raiss, Geneve. Very fine 18 ct. gold and enamel, pearl and diamond-set hunting cased, keyless minute repeating watch with chronograph.

C. Four body, "bassine et filets", with split-pearl set bezels, the band with red champlevé foliate decoration, the enamel cover painted with a fine pastoral scene of a sheep lying by a young loving couple over a scarlet translucent enamel over engine turning, the back with a young woman with inlaid diamond diadem and jewels over a matching ground. Hinged gold cuvette with medal awards specifically to the case decorator. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph rings, sunk centre and subsidiary seconds. Gold paste-set hands. M. Glazed 19"', nickel plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 28 jewels, straight fine lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work and push piece in the band. Signed on dial and cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 53 mm.
