C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished, marked "HG/MS" (Henry Gee & Miles Standley), a coat-of-arms engraved on the cover with the motto "Virtute et Labore". Hinged gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 17"', fosted and gilt three quarter plate, 17 jewels, in screwed settings, pointed tooth lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, bhred steel balance spring with terminal curve. Signed on the dial and movement. In very good condition.
