C. Four body, "forme quatre baguettes", engineturned with reeded band. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with technical details. D. White enamel with Roman numerals. Blued steel "fleurs-de-lys" hands. M. 17"', gilt brass bar calibre with gold wheel train, 21 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Early Audemars type keyless winding system. Signed on the dial and case. In very good condition. Diam. 46 mm.

employed apart from that by Adrien Philippe. This
watch moreover embodies a wheel gold train and a
straight line lever escapement, two features which
were to be found, at this early period, on Audemars
