C. Humped back gilt bronze, on four engineturned feel, with palm-leaf border on the base, engine-turned bezel and applied floral decoration, the bronze figure of Horace at the top. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Large brass circular with going barrels both for the going and the striking train, dead-beat escapement, the hall second beating grid-iron compensated pendulum with knife edge suspension. Striking and repeating on two bells with Neuchâteloise type striking work on the back plate. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Dim. 55 x 23 x 14 cm.
