Notes

Mantel regulators by Robin are always extremely fine, even more so when they are with Remontoire. This type of regulator movement by Robin, with two barrels and Remontoire, is described and illustrated by Moinet in his Traité d'Horlogerie, pages 7 to 11 with plate.
