Chn. Bd. Freundler à Genève, No. 1833, circa 1840. Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel hunting cased, very slim, quarter repeating watch.
C. Five body, hunting cased, entirely decorated with champleve enamelled foliage and flowers over a black ground, the cover with the initiais: "C.M.A." (slightly restored). Hinged gold cuvette and bezel. D. Eccentric silver engine-turned with Roman numerals on a polished chapter. Gold dialplate chased with foliage. Gold hands. M. 18"', gilt brass with going barrel, cylinder escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring and regulator. Repeating on gongs with pull twist piston through the pendant. Signed on the cuvette. In good condition. Diam. 45 mm.
