Not signed, Swiss, No. 5432, circa 1890. Fine 18 ct. gold, moon phase astronomical keyless quarter repeating watch with double calendar and chronograph.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished, the back engraved with the monogram "E.B.". Hinged gold cuvette with engine-turned border, engraved with technical details. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph rings, moon phase aperture, subsidiary dials for days of the week, date and running seconds. Gold "Louis XV" hands. M. Glazed, 18"' nickel plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 32 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work and push piece on the winding crown. In very good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
