Hinged gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee with chain and maintaining power, unusual form of pivoted detent escapement, in which the pivot is at the extremity of the detent where a foot would be if a spring detent had been employed , plain steel three-arm balance, flat blued steel balance spring and diamond endstone. Signed on the back plate. In very good condition. Diam. 63 mm.
