C. Most unusual construction, oak carcass within gilt-brass casing, glazed four sides and top, repeat button. D. White enamel, surrounded by pierced, engraved gilt foliate frets over green silk, "moon" hands. M. Brass rectangular, fusees and chairs to both trains, maintaining power on going side, platform lever escapement, underslung, single roller, pointed-tooth wheel, cut bi-metallic balance, flat spring, ruby endstone to balance cock, strike/silent. Signed on dial and movement. In very good condition. Dim. 20 x 17 x 13 cm.
