William Wood, Thomas Dunns Patent, 69 Lord Street, Liverpool, No. 7480, circa 1860. Fine and unusual 18 ct. gold, skeleton watch with double calendar.

C. Three body, "bassine et filets", with reeded band and glazed back. D. Egg-shell enamel chapter ring with Roman numerals and small subsidiary enamel dial for days of the week and dates (hair lines). Blued steel "fleurs de lys" hands. M. Glazed 19"', gilt brass, fully skeletonised and foliate engraved with Masonic emblem above the serial number, 17 jewels, fusee with chain and maintaining power, pointed tooth lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, flat balance spring. Signed on the movement. In good condition. Diam. 51 mm.
