Notes

Note: The Engel Watch is one of 5 examples, all tourbillons, made over 20 years ago, the first made in 1969 and one made each year situe then. Daniels remains alone as the only maker working entirely to his own designs and his own inventions, making every part in his own workshop, without any assistance. During the past 15 years Daniels's watches have regenerated interest in the mechanical watch and have helped to increase world production.
