Moeris, Swiss, made for Ferrocarril de Antioquia, circa 1930. Very fine 18 ct. gold and enamel, hunting cased, Art-Deco, keyless dress-watch.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine pincée", the bezels chased with a floral and foliage decoration, the cover enamelled with a very finely painted Amazon in a river side landscape, the back painted with a lake side landscape. Gold cuvette engraved with the name of the owner. D. Mother-of-pearl with applied gold Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Gold "Romaines simples" hands. M. 16-, nickel plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Signed on the dial and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
