Notes

Previously in the collection of Léon Leroy of technical watches, in Paris, this watch was exhibited in his private museum and as many others, the back of the case was glazed and the cuvette removed. Only two watches by Lepine with Robin's escapement are know today. The other one was sold by Antiquorum in "L'Art de l'Horlogerie en France" on 14 November 1993, lot 109.
