Not signed, German, partly XVIIth century. Unusual, giit bronze octagonal watch.

C. Double body, octagonal with moulded band. D. Silver chapter ring with Roman numerals. Later blued steel single hand. GiIt brass dial-plate engraved with foliage, the centre with a rosette. M. Hinged shaped gilt brass full plate with turned reeded pillars, fixed barrel with revolving arbor, verge escapement with later plain brass three-arm balance without spring, irregular gilt brass cock, pierced and engraved with flowers, secured by a screw. In good condition with some restoration. Dim. 63 x 41 mm.
