Henri Sandoz, Le Locle, No. 37248, movement No. 4234, circa 1900. Fine 18 ct. gold, hunting cased keyless five minute repeating watch with chronograph.

C. Four body, "bassine et filets", polished, the cover engraved with an escutcheon and further floral decoration. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer minute and chronograph rings and subsidiary seconds. Gold paste set hands. M. 19-, nickel plated, "fausses côtes" decoration,applied with the coat of arm of the Sandoz family, 20 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work, push piece in the band. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
