Golay Fils & Stahl, Genève, No. 30674, made in 1910. Very fine and rare 18 ct. gold, keyless pocket chronometer, first class bulletin at the Observatories of Geneva and Kew, awarded the third prize at the contest organised in 1911 at the Observatory of Geneva, with 740 marks.

C. Three body, massive, "demi-bassine" polished with inset hinge, the monogram "O.B." engraved on the back. Gold cuvette engraved with the Observatory mention of the first class bulletin. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 18-, nickel plated, "fausses côtes" decoration, 20 jewels in blue sapphires, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance adjusted by C. Batifolier, blue steel balance spring with terminal curve. Signed on the dial, cuvette and movement. In very good condition with copies of the registers from the Service chronométrique de l'Observatoire de Genève. Diam. 50 mm.
