Not signed, Swiss, circa 1890. Very fine 18 ct. pink gold hunting cased, keyless minute repeating, moon phase astronomical watch with perpetual calendar and chronograph.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets" polished, the cover with the blue champleve enamelled monogram "E.B.". Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph ring (hair line), subsidiary dials for the days of the week, the months of the leap-year cycle, the date and the seconds with inner moon phase aperture. Blued-steel " spade" hands. M. 20"', gilt brass, 29 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan-neck micrometric index. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band, chronograph with visible work and push piece in the band. In very good condition. Diam. 51 mm.
