Not signed, Genève, circa 1810. Fine and rare, 18 ct. gold, very small pendant watch with visible balance, in the form of an egg, with original gold ratchet key.

C. Three body, shaped as an egg, the back centred with an engine-turned rosette, outer decoration and black champlevé enamelled border. Fixed gold cuvette. D. Small white enamel with Breguet numerals. Blued steel hands. Black enamelled gold dial-plate decorated with engraved serpents and white enamel decoration on the border of the circular aperture for the visible paste set four- arm balance without rim. M. Gilt brass full plate, the going barrel passing through the back plate, cylinder escapement. In very good condition. Dim. 26 x 15 mm.
