Alain Silberstein, Architecte Horloger, "Krono Bauhaus", No. 928/999. Made in a limited edition of 999 examples in the late 1990's. Very fine and rare, thick, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with geometrical button chronograph, register, day and date, and a stainless steel Alain Silberstein bracelet.
C. Two-body, polished, transparent screwed-down case back, straight lugs, triangular red winding-crown, yellow round upper chronograph button and blue square lower one, sapphire crystals anti-reflective on both sides. D. Black with round and triangular luminous indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12 hour register and the 24 hours, outer chronograph minute graduation in 5-minute Arabic numerals, aperture for the day and the date. "Triangular" red hand for the hours, "Bâton" blue hand for the minutes, "Lozenge" blue for the seconds, "Serpentine" yellow and red hands for the chronograph. M. Cal. 5100 customized by Alain Silberstein with a blue bridge and a yellow snake, rhodium-plated with matte finish, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 40 mm. Thickness 16 mm. Approx. overall length 190 mm.
