Anonymous, Biedermayer, Vienne. Fine gilt brass "grande and petite sonnerie", quarter repeating traveling clock with alarm and date.

Rectangular with four glazed panels and column corners. D. Silvered with Roman numerals, subsidiary dials for dates and alarm setting. M. Rectangular brass full plate, three trains, with quarter and hour striking trains independent from each other. Double wheel duplex escapement, plain brass three arm balance, flat balance spring with garnet end-stone. Striking and repeating on gongs with button on the pendant. In very good condition. Dim. 13 x 9 x 6 cm.
