Two-part, the back engraved with foliage with black and white enamelled musical score on a scarlet guilloche ground, the cover of scarlet guilloche enamel with pierced F holes (old repairs), the neck en suite with black key board, gold pegs and wire strings. D. White enamel, Roman hour numerals, winding aperture at 2 o' clock. Blued-steel Breguet hands. M. GiIt full plate, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain 3-arm brass balance with flat spring and regulator. Continental cock. Movement compartment with an aperture for vinaigrette ( grill lacking). Signed on the movement. In fair condition. Dims. 70 x 29mm.
