Two-part, the ribbed back decorated with panels of scarlet guilloche enamel with sections of engraved gold musical trophies and foliage against mid-blue ground within black borders, cream enamel sound board (small well executed repair) with blue circle on the sound hole, black enamel key board, blue enamel head with gold pegs and wire strings. Chain suspension. D. White enamel, Arabic numerals (hair lines), winding aperture at 2 o'clock. Blued-steel hands. M. GiIt full plate, fusee with chain, verge escapement with plain 3-arm brass balance and flat spring with regulator. Continental cock. Signed on the movement. In good condition. Dims. 68 x 29mm.
