Melly, Roux a Constance, Swiss, circa 1810 Fine gold and enamel form watch, designed as a pear.

C. Two-part, pear-shaped, entirely enamelled in apple green and engraved with vine foliage with white champleve enamelled flowers, the border hinged with black enamel decoration. Engraved 'stalk' pendant. D. White enamel, Roman hour numerals, winding aperture at 2 o'clock, blued-steel hands. M. Gilt, fullplate, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-armed balance with flat spring and regulator. Later brass continental cock. Signed on the dial and movement. In good condition. Dims. 54 x 28 mm.
