C. Outer: two body, pierced and embossed with foliage and roccoco scroll panels, the bezel and back inset with plaques of grey moss agate. Inner: band pierced and engraved with inhabited foliage, a grotesque mask to the base and landscape vignette at the pendant (old repair). D. Roman and Arabic hour and minute numerals, pierced gilt hands. M. GiIt full plate turned pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain 3-arm brass balance, flat spring with regulator, foliage pierced balance cock, quarter repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant with a-tact thumbpiece, gilt metal dust-cap. Signed on the movement and dust-cap. In good condition. Diam.48mm.
