Janvier, circa 1830. Fine and unusual small mahogany "pendule d' audience".

C. Rectangular mahogany veneered, 'vith inlaid boxwood lines. Gilt brass bezel, set on four gilt brass turned feet. D. White enamel with Roman numerals for the hours and ten minute divisions, inner off set subsidiary Arabic 10 minute chapterring (slightly restored on the edge of the winding hole). Blued-steel Breguet hands. M. Circular brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, goingbarrel, anchor escapement, short pendulum with silk suspension. Signed on the dial. In good condition. Dim. 24 x 14 x 11.
