White enamel with Roman numerals(small chip at 6) and inner gilt brass alarm setting disc. Blued-steel arrow hand and pointer. M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with delicate turned baluster pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain steel threearm balance, short flat balance spring, gilt brass Louis XIV cock by Caudron à Paris. Striking train with florally pierced and engraved gilt brass fixed barrel and silver count-wheel on the back plate. Hour striking and alarm on a bell.
