Anonymous, French, circa 1890. Very fine "mignonette" carriage clock with porcelain panels.

C. Glazed gilt bronze "corniche", entirely engraved with flowers, side panels in porcelain painted with maidens within blue and gilt frames. D. Porcelain, with Roman numerals, gilt outer frame, a loving couple painted below the dial. M. Brass eight-day going with going barrel, platform escapement with lateral lever escapement, bimetallic balance, blued-steel Breguet balance spring. In very good condition. Dim. 7 x 5 x 4 cm. excluding the handle.
