C. Four body, massive, "bassine", polished. Silver cuvette. D. White enamel with Arabic numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "spade" hands. M. 18"', gilt brass, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Signed on the dial, signed by Georges Brown and dated on the movement. In very good condition. Diam. 52 mm.

Notes

Son of Edward Brown and Grand-son of Edward Brown, who was charged by Antoine Louis Breguet to run the horological department. Mr. Georges Brown was the last owner of Breguet, before the foundation of " Montres Breguet", the actual company.
