Anonymous, Swiss, circa 1890. Fine 18 ct. gold, hunting cased, keyless minute repeating watch.
C. Four body, massive, "bassine", polished. Gold cuvette engraved with a dedication dated "April 30, 1900". D. White enamel with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 17- , gilt brass, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating . on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work, push piece in the band. In very good condition. Diam. 49 mm.
