signed "Holtzapffel & Co., London", steel lined slot allowing the lathe and stocks to slide, treadle-operated lathe with large hardwood
wheel, leather rope and wooden pulley wheel with graduated slots, glass oil sump, face plate with screw adjusted clamp.
