Anonymous, Genève, circa 1840. Fine 18 ct. gold and enamel watch set in a purse with a gold chain set with two pearls of onyx.

The movement is set on the cover of a fine gold purse engine-turned and engraved with a greyhound, leaves and flowers, the watch cover of blue translucent enamel over engine-turning, with engraved flowed "en reserve" (restored). D. White enamel with Roman numerals. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. GiIt brass, bar calibre with going barrel, eight jewels, cylinder escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring. In good condition. Dim. 78 x 58 mm.
