H. R. Ekegren, Copenhagen, Genève, made for J. E. Caldwell & Co., Philadelphia, circa 1890. Very fine 18 ct. pink gold hunting cased, keyless minute repeating watch with split seconds chronograph.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", polished. Gold cuvette. D. White enamel with radial Arabic numerals, red outer Arabic minute and chronograph ring, sunk subsidiary seconds. Gold "Louis XV" hands. M. 19"', nickel plated,, three quarter plate, spotted decoration, 31 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs with slide in the band. Chronograph with visible work and push piece in the band, split second chronograph push piece in the band. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 57 mm.
