Paul Ditisheim, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Swiss, No. 23458, made for the Spanish market, circa 1910. Very fine and rare 18 ct. two coloured gold hunting cased, keyless, minute repeating, Westminster, " grande sonnerie" clock-watch, in original fitted box.

C. Four body, massive, "bassine et filets", chased overall with garlands over an amati ground, a monogram on the cover, an acanthus rosette on the back. Gold cuvette. D. Mat gold with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 19"', nickeled, double train with differential winding, 39 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric Index. Minute repeating and Westminster grande sonnerie on four gongs with four hammers, released by a push piece in the band, silent/sonnerie selector by the bezel. Signed on the dial, case and movement. In very good condition. Diam. 56mm.
