A L'Emeraude, Lausanne, Swiss, circa 1935. Very fine and elegant, 18 ct. bi-color gold, keyless dress watch "à volets".

C. Three piece, "variée, carrure droite", satiné, with white gold border and bow, the dial aperture closed by two shutters, opening by means of a push piece on the band, opposite the pendant. D. Mat silver with Arabic numerals, disclosed by the shutters. Blued steel "pear" hands. M. 17?, rhodium plate, bearing the Geneva quality mark, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Signed on the dial. In very good condition. Diam. 45mm.
