C. Two-body, 'bassine' with curved band, the case florally engraved, bezel split at the square hinge for glass retention, short pendant, loose ring. D. White enamel, Roman chapters with unusual sabre-style half-hour markers, inner quarter-hour ring. Blued-steel hand. M. 33 mm o, hinged, gilt brass full plate, Egyptian pillars, fusee and gut-line, short four-wheel train, verge escapement, two-arm steel balance without spring, elongated silver pinned cock pierced and engraved with symmetrical folige, pear-shaped solid foot finished with finial, worm and wheel set-up.Signed on the back plate.Diam. 38 mm.
