Two-body, the back decorated with translucent imperial blue enamel over engine-turning with a pearl-set star surrounded by an offset closed crescent of pearls, the band, pendant, and bow chased with floral decoration.D. Gold, applied polished gold Roman chapters on matte ground, outer minute dot divisions, the edge decorated with an applied varicoloured laurel leaf wreath, engine-turned centre. Blued-steel 'spade' hands. M. 42.5 mm o, hinged, gilt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, lateral lever escapement with the lift on the pallets, converted probably from cylinder escapement, plain steel three-arm balance, blued-steel flat balance spring, one-footed cock pierced and engraved withflowers, mask and foliage, diamond endstone.Diam. 50 mm.
