Two-body, 'Empire', spring-loaded back with finely painted flowers against an azure background, bezels, pendant and bow set with half pearls, glazed spring-loaded cuvette mounted on the movement ring, reeded band. D. White enamel, Roman chapters, outer minute ring. Blued-steel 'spade' hands. M. 54 mm o, mirror-polished steel backplate with gilded bridges of typical 'Chinese' calibre, à filets engraving by Ed. Vuillemin, 10 jewels, free-standing barrel, steel four-wheel train, 'Chinese' duplexescapement with double-toothed locking teeth allowing for dead seconds jumping, three-arm steel balance with three horn-shaped counterweights, flat blued-steel balance spring.Diam. 62 mm.
