C. Two-body, 'bassine', entirely pierced, engraved, and chased in high relief with flowers, foliage and fruits, the back centred by a small rosette, split bezel engraved with flowers and a geometrical pattern, small pendant, chased and engraved bow. D. Applied silver ring with champlevé radial Roman chapters and half-hour markers, inner rotating alarm disc with Arabic numerals and blued-steel 'arrowhead' pointer indicating the hour. Blued-steel hand. M. 31.7 mm o, gilt brass full plate, elaboratharp-shaped pierced and engraved pillars, fusee and gut line for the going train, verge escapement, three arm steel circular foliot, short-footed trefoil pattern gilded cock, pierced and engraved, worm and wheel set-up with silver adjustment plate, alarm driven by a pierced and engraved fixed barrel, striking on a bell mounted inside the case.Signed on the back plate.Diam. 40 mm.
