C. Three-body, 'fermée' type, both covers hinged and polished, the front one engraved with a small rosette and inside with two leaf garlands, applied silver band engraved with scrolls and foliage, unusual flat fixed pendant, loose ring, small finial. D. Applied silver ring with engraved Roman chapters, star half-hour markers, on a gilt oval dial plate engraved with scrolling foliage and a flower basket at the bottom, the centre engraved with a town scene. Blued-steel 'tulip' hand. M. 38.2 x 28.1mm, oval, gilt brass full plate, early Egyptian pillars, fusee and gut-line for the going train, verge escapement, two-arm steel balance, elongated gilt pinned cock, pierced and engraved with asymmetrical floral and foliate decoration, wheel and click set-up covered with pierced and engraved cock.Signed on the movement.Dim. 44 x 30 mm.
